This summer were (and still) extremely hot in Madrid, we were looking for a luxurius places combinated with sun and sea and we found it beyond our coast.
The Island of Perhentians is in Malasia. From now we will call it : THE ISLAND!
The Perhentians are made out of two small Islands:
– Besar: quiet, family, luxury resorts…
– Kecil: more of a hippie island that got stuck on time: very authentic.
Kecil has two beaches, one on each side of the Island: Coral Beach and Long Beach.
Stay in Long Beach, at BuBu Resort. The place is luxury in pure nature and the food is awesome.
Dont miss the snorkeling trip, on a local little boat to see the most amazing under water Life ever.
Grab a beer after 20pm and let the live music played on the beach bars delight you.
How to get there: fly from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Bharu and get 1h taxi to the port ( Kuala Besut). There, you Will take the taxi-boat to the Islands.
